All Sales Are Final

Every Bitch Bouquet order is made to order and sent to someone who truly deserves it. Because of that, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel your order before it ships by emailing us at sales@bitchbouquet.com with your order number. Please note that cancelled orders are not refunded.

Our products are supposed to look dead

Our flowers are intentionally dead, dried and dyed black. Wilted petals, dried leaves and a generally unpleasant appearance are part of the product and are not considered damage.

Wrong address

Please double-check the recipient's address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and these orders cannot be refunded or resent.
