How to Send an Anonymous Revenge Gift (and Keep Your Name Out of It)

Some people deserve to hear it. Not everyone wants to be the one standing there when they do. That's why every Bitch Bouquet order asks one simple question before anything goes in your cart: do you want to stay anonymous?

How anonymous sending works

On every product page, you'll find a short question: "Do you want to stay anonymous?" You pick one of two answers.

• Yes, keep my name off it. Your name does not appear on the card, the package or the label. The sender reads simply as "Bitch Bouquet".
• No, include my name. Some messages land harder when they know exactly who sent them. Your name goes on the card.

You can also add your own message, up to 250 characters on most products and up to 1,500 on the Fuck You Greeting Card. We print what you write, the way you write it.

Paying with a prepaid gift card

If you want to keep your own name and bank card out of the picture as much as you can, pay with a prepaid gift card instead of your everyday card.

1. Buy a prepaid Visa, Mastercard or similar gift card at a store. Paying for it in cash keeps it separate from your bank account.
2. Check the back of the card. Some prepaid cards need you to register a ZIP code online before they'll work for web orders.
3. Make sure the card holds enough for your gift plus shipping. Standard shipping is $8.99 and expedited is $16.99.
4. Enter the card at checkout like any other card.

Your payment card details go to our payment processor, not to the person receiving the gift. They never see them.

What anonymous does and doesn't mean

We keep your name off everything the recipient sees. We'd rather be straight with you about the limits, though:

• We do need an email address for your order confirmation, and our store records your order details so we can ship it. We don't share them with the person you're sending to.
• If your message says "remember what you did at Sarah's wedding," they may well work out who you are. Anonymous means we won't tell them. It can't stop them guessing.
